Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust, reduced fat
- 1 (10 ounce) can no-sugar-added cherry pie filling
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix first 7 ingredients in blender.
- 3 pour into pie crust.
- 4 bake 30 minutes until set.
- 5 refrigerate overnight. (at least 4 hours).
- 6 spread cherry pie filling on top just before serving.
