Low Fat Cherry Cheesecake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust, reduced fat
  • 1 (10 ounce) can no-sugar-added cherry pie filling

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 mix first 7 ingredients in blender.
  • 3 pour into pie crust.
  • 4 bake 30 minutes until set.
  • 5 refrigerate overnight. (at least 4 hours).
  • 6 spread cherry pie filling on top just before serving.
