Hill's Frosted Mayo Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup water, cold
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 1/4 cups butter
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 1/4 cup milk

Recipe

• 1 sift together the first 5 dry ingredients. add the vanilla, mayo and water to dry mixture - mix well.
• 2 pour into a 9x13 inch greased pan. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minute.
• 3 in a saucepan bring the butter, cocoa and milk to a boil and continue to boil for 3 minutes - stirring constantly. pour over the powdered sugar and stir well. let cool and then frost cool cake.
