Fluffy 2 Step Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cool whip
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 can pie filling (for topping) (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl, with a mixer, on high speed until smooth.
  • 2 gently stir in whipped topping.
  • 3 spoon into crust.
  • 4 refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
  • 5 add pie filling as a topping (optional).
