Fluffernutter Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 cup marshmallow cream
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine, softened
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/3 cups confectioners' sugar (icing)
• 2 tablespoons half-and-half cream or 2 tablespoons milk

Recipe

• 1 in a small bowl, with mixer at low speed, combine fluff, peanut butter and butter until blended.
• 2 increase speed to medium; beat in icing sugar alternately with milk, adding just enough milk to make frosting spreadable; beat in vanilla.
• 3 (makes enough to fill and frost two 8" or 9" layers).
