Mascarpone Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 2 ounces powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. start mixing at low speed and increase to high until stiff peaks.
