Loretta Lynn's Gooey Cake

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (18 ounce) box german chocolate cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups water (or as called for in the directions)
- 3 eggs (or as called for in the directions)
- 1/2 cup oil (or as called for in the directions)
- 1 cup cool whip
- 3 heath candy bars, frozen
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces caramel topping
Recipe
- 1 prepare and bake cake according to package directions,
- 2 using a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
- 3 while warm, poke holes halfway into cake about 1 inch apart.
- 4 pour sweetened condensed milk into holes.
- 5 pour caramel topping over entire cake and chill in the refrigerator.
- 6 when cake is cool, top it with cool whip and crushed heath candy.
- 7 refrigerate overnight before serving.
