John F Kennedy Waffles

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 cup cake flour
• 1 tablespoon cake flour
• 4 teaspoons baking powder

Recipe

• 1 cream butter( i melted it)and sugar add yolks.
• 2 add sifted dry ingredients ( i used regular flour and 1/4 c cornstarch ).
• 3 add milk.
• 4 fold in whites.
• 5 pam iron.
