Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) box lemon cake mix
- 1 cup rice krispies
- 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients well.
- 2 drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
- 3 bake at 350f for 8-10 minutes.
- 4 if cookies need to be left overnight, it is recommended to put the cookies into an airtight container with a slice of bread to keep the cookies moist and cake-like.
