Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 (18 ounce) package lemon cake mix
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 375.
- 2 beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
- 3 mix in 1/2 of the cake mix, the egg and the vanilla until smooth.
- 4 stir in remaining cake mix.
- 5 drob by teaspoons.
- 6 on ungreased cookie sheet.
- 7 bake 8-10 minutes.
