Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup corn oil or 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups soymilk
- 1/4 cup soy yogurt
- 2 lemons, juice and zest of
- 1/4 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat waffle iron according to the manufacturer's directions.
- 2 sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cornmeal in a large mixing bowl.
