Danish - Almond Filling

Ingredients
- 1 cup blanched almond
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 large egg , lightly beaten
Recipe
- 1 put almonds, sugar and butter into food processor.
- 2 process until almonds are finely ground, scraping bowl as necessary.
- 3 add almond extract and 2 tbl of the beaten egg .
- 4 process until mixed.
- 5 stor in airtight container in the refrigerator until needed (up to 1 week).
- 6 bring to room temperature before using.
