Eggnog Muffins

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 cups eggnog
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup golden raisin
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 1.in a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients.
- 2 2.in another bowl combine egg, eggnog and oil.
- 3 3.stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
- 4 4.fold in raisins and pecans.
- 5 5.fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
- 6 6.bake at 350 degree for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- 7 7.cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to a wire rack.
