Jam Crumble Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup favorite jam
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 lightly grease 9" round cake pan or bundt pan.
- 3 combine flour, salt,spices,baking powder.
- 4 in separate bowl, whisk milk, eggs, butter, vanilla.
- 5 whisk in dry ingredients.
- 6 pour into prepared pan, and dollop jam over the top.
- 7 swirl the jam into the top of batter lightly.
- 8 prepare crumb topping:.
- 9 whisk dry ingredients together, and then work in melted butter.
- 10 drop by clumpies all-over the top of batter.
- 11 bake 25-30 minutes, until sides start to pull from pan.
