Fruit 'n Cake

Ingredients

• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box cake mix
• 1/4 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 (23 ounce) can pie filling

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 mix oil, eggs, cake mix and water; stir with.
• 3 fork or spoon until blended (about 2 minutes). spread 2/3 batter in greased jelly roll pan.
• 4 spoon pie filling onto batter,.
• 5 plop remaining batter on top of fruit.
• 6 bake at 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
• 7 cool and cut into squares.
