- 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- 8 ounces nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust (9 inch)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 in a large bowl, mix room-temperatured cream cheese, butter, yogurt, and sugar until smooth. add slightly beaten eggs, flour, and lemon juice, mixing just enough to incorporate. pour filling into prepared crust.
- 3 bake in preheated oven for 50 min to 1 hours let the cake cool in oven with the door closed. chill in refrigerator until serving.
