Easy! Healthy! Tasty! Cheesecake W/ Yogurt

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
  • 8 ounces nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust (9 inch)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 2 in a large bowl, mix room-temperatured cream cheese, butter, yogurt, and sugar until smooth. add slightly beaten eggs, flour, and lemon juice, mixing just enough to incorporate. pour filling into prepared crust.
  • 3 bake in preheated oven for 50 min to 1 hours let the cake cool in oven with the door closed. chill in refrigerator until serving.
