Frangelico Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or almond extract)
• 1/2 cup frangelico
• 1 ready-made pie crust

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
• 2 blend all ingredients at low speed.
• 3 pour into ready-made piecrust.
• 4 bake for 40-50 minutes.
• 5 chill 2 to 3 hours.
• 6 top with raspberries or boysenberries.
