Healthy Lemon Cupcake Frosting

Ingredients
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 lemon, juice of
- yellow food coloring
Recipe
- 1 place icing sugar in a bowl and create a whole in middle and hollow out.
- 2 add yoghurt into centre of bowl.
- 3 carefully fold yoghurt into icing sugar making sure of no lumps.
- 4 continue mixing until a thick but moveable texture is formed.
- 5 add lemon zest and lemon juice and mix.
- 6 finally add a tiny drop of yellow food colouring and mix.
- 7 your ready to generously frost your cupcakes.
