Healthy Lemon Cupcake Frosting

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • yellow food coloring

Recipe

  • 1 place icing sugar in a bowl and create a whole in middle and hollow out.
  • 2 add yoghurt into centre of bowl.
  • 3 carefully fold yoghurt into icing sugar making sure of no lumps.
  • 4 continue mixing until a thick but moveable texture is formed.
  • 5 add lemon zest and lemon juice and mix.
  • 6 finally add a tiny drop of yellow food colouring and mix.
  • 7 your ready to generously frost your cupcakes.
