Egg-yolk Sponge Cake

Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 large egg yolks
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 3/4 cup boiling water
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 ° f (165 ° c).
