Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe
- 1 beat egg until fluffy.
- 2 add remaining ingredients, mix only until smooth.
- 3 makes 8 (4 inch) pancakes.
- 4 really good and healthy!
