Light & Fluffy Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe

  • 1 beat egg until fluffy.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients, mix only until smooth.
  • 3 makes 8 (4 inch) pancakes.
  • 4 really good and healthy!
