Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon dried lemon peel
- 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs with sugar.
- 2 add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 3 pour into well greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
- 4 bake at 325°f for 30 minutes or until tests done.
