Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, 8oz package
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 cream the cheese and sugar.
- 2 mix in vanilla.
- 3 mix eggs last.
- 4 mix on med. until batter looks uniform.
- 5 pour into a graham cracker pie crust (i use premade).
- 6 put into middle rack preheated oven to 350°f.
- 7 bake for 35-40 minutes.
- 8 let cool then place in fridge until cold.
- 9 enjoy.
