French Pancakes

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • preserves

Recipe

  • 1 sift together the flour, salt and baking powder; beat and add the eggs with the milk, being careful that there are no lumps.
  • 2 melt a teaspoon of butter in a frying pan, and when hot pour in enough to just cover the bottom of the pan.
  • 3 cook golden brown, then turn and cook other side.
  • 4 spread with the preserve and roll up. sprinkle with sugar just before serving.
