Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- preserves
Recipe
- 1 sift together the flour, salt and baking powder; beat and add the eggs with the milk, being careful that there are no lumps.
- 2 melt a teaspoon of butter in a frying pan, and when hot pour in enough to just cover the bottom of the pan.
- 3 cook golden brown, then turn and cook other side.
- 4 spread with the preserve and roll up. sprinkle with sugar just before serving.
