Cumberland County Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • fresh fruit (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 in a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar and butter.
