Gingerbread

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon clove
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 cup maple syrup
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 combine dry ingredients(taste for spices, i usually end up doing a little more or less of each depending on how it tastes to me).
- 2 add wet ingredients.
- 3 pour into a 8 inch round cake pan.
- 4 bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees (or until toothpick comes clean when put in middle).
