Libby's Yeast Pancakes

Total Time: 24 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 24 hrs Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 4 cups flour
  • 3 cups warm milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • milk

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
  • 2 add flour and 3 cups warm milk.
  • 3 let this sponge stand at room temperature overnight.
  • 4 add remaining ingredients in the morning.
  • 5 thin mixture down with more milk. it should be thin like crepe batter.
  • 6 pour into greased pan.
  • 7 serve with jelly.
