Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 4 cups flour
- 3 cups warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- milk
Recipe
- 1 dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
- 2 add flour and 3 cups warm milk.
- 3 let this sponge stand at room temperature overnight.
- 4 add remaining ingredients in the morning.
- 5 thin mixture down with more milk. it should be thin like crepe batter.
- 6 pour into greased pan.
- 7 serve with jelly.
