Jelly Frosting

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 4 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup jelly, any flavor
  • 1 egg , unbeaten
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and a dash of salt in top of double boiler.
  • 2 cook over boiling water, beating constantly until stiff peaks form.
  • 3 remove from the heat. beat until spreading consistency, about 2 minutes.
  • 4 frosts 2 (8 inch) layers or 24 cupcakes.
