Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
- 5 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- cinnamon
- fruit, of your choice (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in blender until smooth
- 2 pour batter into heated non stick skillet or griddle.
- 3 cook each side couple minutes -- enjoy.
- 4 delicious with fresh fruit and sugar free syrup!
