Healthy Pancakes

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • cinnamon
  • fruit, of your choice (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in blender until smooth
  • 2 pour batter into heated non stick skillet or griddle.
  • 3 cook each side couple minutes -- enjoy.
  • 4 delicious with fresh fruit and sugar free syrup!
