Healthy Oatmeal Craisin Waffles Or Pancakes

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup craisins

Recipe

  • 1 combine all of the ingredients except the craisins.
  • 2 spoon the batter onto the griddle or waffle iron, and sprinkle however many cranberries you desire on top.
  • 3 bake like normal.
