Healthy Oatmeal Craisin Waffles Or Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 tablespoons corn oil
- 1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon buttermilk
- 1/4 cup craisins
Recipe
- 1 combine all of the ingredients except the craisins.
- 2 spoon the batter onto the griddle or waffle iron, and sprinkle however many cranberries you desire on top.
- 3 bake like normal.
