Fresh Strawberry Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup of fresh strawberry puree (1 carton)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 large egg whites
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 5 tablespoons of softend butter
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons strawberry puree (left over from cupcakes)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 line a muffin tin with baking cups.
- 3 cut up strawberries until thin.
- 4 in a meduim bowl, wisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda,salt,sugar, egg, and egg whites until no chunks or eggs are seen.
- 5 in a food prosser (or blender) chop up strawberries. (leave chunks).
- 6 in a large bowl, put in strawberries.
- 7 add flour mixture to strawberries.
- 8 pour into tin cups.
