Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 egg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, beat butter and sugars until crumbly. add egg and mix well.
