Ingredients

- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 beat yolks, potato, milk and butter together.
- 2 sift and add dry ingredients until well mixed.
- 3 beat room temp egg whites until stiff.
- 4 fold gently into potato mixture.
- 5 fry on a hot greased griddle.
