Jackie's Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups butter
• 3 cups cake flour
• 6 eggs
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 3 cups sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 beat softened butter, softened cream cheese, and sugar until very, very light and fluffy.
• 2 add lemon juice and vanilla.
• 3 add 2 eggs, one at a time.
• 4 beat well after each addition.
• 5 alternate the remaining 4 eggs with flour.
• 6 beat well after each addition and end with flour.
• 7 pour into greased loaf pan.
• 8 bake at 350 f for 1 1/2 hours.
• 9 enjoy!
