Frosted Banana Bars

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup banana pulp (about 3 ripe bananas)

Recipe

• 1 in mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
• 2 add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
• 3 combine flour, baking soda, salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
• 4 stir in the bananas.
• 5 spread into a greased sheet cake pan (15x10x1-inch).
• 6 bake at 350°f for 20-25 minutes.
• 7 cool.
• 8 i put a cream cheese frosting on this.
