Ingredients

- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large potatoes (shredded)
- 1 tablespoon oil
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients, except oil.
- 2 pour oil in pan and heat.
- 3 pour pancake size amount and cook till golden brown on both sides.
- 4 serve.
