Ingredients
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese (for protein) (optional)
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix eggnog, egg, oil, and cottage cheese together. combine flour, soda, and salt and add to eggnog mixture. cook on hot skillet.
- 2 for waffles put an additional 1 tablespoon oil into the mixture.
