Eggnog Pound Cake

- 1 (16 ounce) package poundcake mix
- 1 1/4 cups eggnog
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 beat all ingredients together at low speed with an electric mixer until blended.
- 3 increase speed to medium, and beat 2 minutes.
- 4 pour into a lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 5 mintues or until a long wooden pick inserted comes out clean.
- 6 cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes.
- 7 remove from pan to wire rack and cool competely (about 1 hour).
