Impossible Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup bisquick
• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes,softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 grease 9 inch pie plate.
• 3 place milk, 2 t.
• 4 vanilla, eggs,1 c.
• 5 sugar, and bisquick in blender container.
• 6 cover and blend on high 15 seconds.
• 7 add cream cheese.
• 8 cover and blend on high 2 minutes.
• 9 pour into pie plate.
• 10 bake 40-45 minutes, or until center is firm.
• 11 combine sour cream, 2 t.
• 12 vanilla, and 2 t.
• 13 sugar.
• 14 spread over cheesecake that has cooled.
