Grammie Bea's Mayonnaise Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons cocoa, heaping
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 sift first 5 ingredients together.
• 2 add mayonnaise, water, and vanilla. beat together well.
• 3 grease a 9x13" baking pan, and dust with flour.
• 4 pour in cake mix, and bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes, checking at 30 minutes and every 5 minutes after, until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
