Easy Ginger Crinkles

Ingredients
- 18 1/2 ounces spice cake mix
- 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup molasses
- sugar
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl combine cake mix and ginger.
- 2 in a separate bowl combine eggs, oil and molasses.
- 3 add to dry ingredients and stir until blended.
- 4 dough will be sticky.
- 5 shape dough into a bowl.
- 6 cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
- 7 divide dough in half.
- 8 work with 1 portion of dough at a time.
- 9 store the other half of dough in refrigerator.
- 10 shape dough into 1 inch balls.
- 11 roll dough in sugar.
- 12 place 1 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheets.
- 13 bake at 375 degrees for 14 minutes.
- 14 cool for 2 minutes on cookie sheets, then remove to wire racks.
- 15 let cookies cool completely.
- 16 repeat with remaining dough and sugar.
