Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 put all dry ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well.
- 2 add milk,oil and egg.
- 3 whisk with fork until blended.
- 4 cook on greased skillet or griddle.
- 5 cook to desired doneness.
- 6 only flip once -- more than once will result in tough pancakes.
