French Yogurt Cake

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons rose water (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 cups fruit

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the yogurt and sugar.
  • 2 combine the baking powder and flour and add slowly to yogurt mixture.
  • 3 add in the eggs, oil, vanilla, and rose water.
  • 4 fold the fruit into the batter.
  • 5 bake at 300 degrees in a floured cake pan 9x13 inches. bake for 45-55 min or until golden brown on top.
