French Yogurt Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons rose water (optional)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups fruit
Recipe
- 1 mix together the yogurt and sugar.
- 2 combine the baking powder and flour and add slowly to yogurt mixture.
- 3 add in the eggs, oil, vanilla, and rose water.
- 4 fold the fruit into the batter.
- 5 bake at 300 degrees in a floured cake pan 9x13 inches. bake for 45-55 min or until golden brown on top.
