Eggnog Sweet Bread Loaves

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package poundcake mix
  • 3/4 cup refrigerated eggnog
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla rum extract

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 combine all in a mixing bowl and beat at medium speed for 3 minute pour batter into 4 greased 6x3x2 loaf pans.
  • 3 bake at 350 for 30 min or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • 4 remove from pans; cool on wire racks.
  • 5 glaze if desired.
