Eggnog Sweet Bread Loaves

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package poundcake mix
- 3/4 cup refrigerated eggnog
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla rum extract
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 combine all in a mixing bowl and beat at medium speed for 3 minute pour batter into 4 greased 6x3x2 loaf pans.
- 3 bake at 350 for 30 min or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- 4 remove from pans; cool on wire racks.
- 5 glaze if desired.
