Easy Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced fresh rhubarb, . (or frozen, 1 inch pieces)
- 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry jell-o gelatin
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 (18 ounce) yellow cake mix (18 oz.) or 1 (18 ounce) cake mix (18 oz.)
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup butter (melted) or 6 margarine (melted)
- ice cream (optional) or 7 whipped topping (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place rhubarb in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- 2 sprinkle with the gelatin, sugar and cake mix.
- 3 pour water evenly over the dry ingredients.
- 4 drizzle with melted butter or margaring.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
