Easy Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients

• 4 cups sliced fresh rhubarb, . (or frozen, 1 inch pieces)
• 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry jell-o gelatin
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 (18 ounce) yellow cake mix (18 oz.) or 1 (18 ounce) cake mix (18 oz.)
• 1 cup water
• 1/3 cup butter (melted) or 6 margarine (melted)
• ice cream (optional) or 7 whipped topping (optional)

Recipe

• 1 place rhubarb in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
• 2 sprinkle with the gelatin, sugar and cake mix.
• 3 pour water evenly over the dry ingredients.
• 4 drizzle with melted butter or margaring.
• 5 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
