Mango Cake

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 mangoes, peeled
  • 2 cups ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 puree mangoes till smooth and you have about 2 cups of puree.
  • 2 place almonds, sugar and baking powder into food processor.
  • 3 combine well then pour in puree, blend well.
  • 4 add eggs one at a time.
  • 5 pour batter into greased 20 cm cake tin.
  • 6 bake 180 c for 1 hour.
  • 7 cool in tin for 10 minutes.
