Ingredients

- 2 mangoes, peeled
- 2 cups ground almonds
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Recipe
- 1 puree mangoes till smooth and you have about 2 cups of puree.
- 2 place almonds, sugar and baking powder into food processor.
- 3 combine well then pour in puree, blend well.
- 4 add eggs one at a time.
- 5 pour batter into greased 20 cm cake tin.
- 6 bake 180 c for 1 hour.
- 7 cool in tin for 10 minutes.
