Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 (8 ounce) box cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 preheat over to 400 degrees f.
- 2 insert pie crust into pie pan.
- 3 mix together cream cheese and sugar.
- 4 add all remaining ingredients and mix.
- 5 pour into pie crust.
- 6 bake for about 30-40 minutes.
