Light Lemon Cheesecake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 (8 ounce) box cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 preheat over to 400 degrees f.
  • 2 insert pie crust into pie pan.
  • 3 mix together cream cheese and sugar.
  • 4 add all remaining ingredients and mix.
  • 5 pour into pie crust.
  • 6 bake for about 30-40 minutes.
