Holiday Rum Eggnog Bundt Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix (2 layer size)
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons rum or 1 tablespoon rum extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups eggnog
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 grease bundt pan well.
- 3 press almonds onto bottom of pan.
- 4 mix other ingredients well, for five minutes.
- 5 pour into pan.
- 6 bake at 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
- 7 let cool for 10 minutes and then invert onto a plate.
