Individual Rainbow Cheesecakes

Ingredients

  • Servings: 18
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • food coloring

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  • 2 press mixture evenly over the bottom of the prepared individual cheese cake tins.
  • 3 bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
