Honey Bundt Cake

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 cup honey
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 in a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
- 3 beat in egg yolks one at a time, beat in honey.
- 4 sift together dry ingredients.
- 5 blend into creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
- 6 stir in nuts.
- 7 beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
- 8 turn batter into a greased 9 inch tube pan or bundt pan.
- 9 bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- 10 cool in pan 15 minutes, then remove from pan to cool completely.
