Ice Cream Cupcakes

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 24 small cupcakes, mini sized
  • 4 pints ice cream, slightly softened

Recipe

  • 1 trim domes off cupcakes to create flat tops if necessary. using a 1 1/2 inch icream scoop, press a scoop of ice cream on top of 1 cup cake. repeat with remaining cupcakes and ice cream.
