Grandma Del's Cheesecake

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 10 tablespoons sugar
• 8 teaspoons butter, melted
• 16 ounces cream cheese
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup milk

Recipe

• 1 mix crumbs, sugar and melted butter well. press into springform pan, not too thick. set aside.
• 2 blend sugar, flour, salt & softened cream cheese. add milk slowly until blended. add beaten eggs, mixing just until blended. add vanilla.
• 3 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
